CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

  • Exchanges or returns of PERSONALIZED products will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges or returns of products in the SALES section will not be accepted.
  • The WARRANTY is valid for issues of factory defects. It will not be valid in cases of exposure to water, sun, blows, etc.
  • It is essential that the products subject to an exchange or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise said exchange or return will not be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to provide appropriate packaging to ensure that returned products are in perfect condition.
  • The transportation costs of the exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer and are managed through the mail.
  • In the case of requesting a return, a Store Credit voucher will be generated, with no expiration date to be redeemed at any time.
