- The maximum period to request an exchange or return is 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered, and to validate a warranty, it is 90 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.
- To request an exchange or return, or to validate a warranty, write to hola@thecasaclub.com.mx explaining the reason, and specifying the new model if it is an exchange.
- NOTE : For special Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas campaigns (orders placed between November 20 and January 6), we're extending the return and exchange period until January 31, 2024, ensuring that gifts are completely to the recipient's liking.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS:
- No exchanges or returns of PERSONALIZED products will be accepted.
- No changes or returns of products from the SALE section will be accepted.
- The WARRANTY is valid for manufacturing defects. It will not be valid in cases of exposure to water, sunlight, impacts, etc.
- It is essential that products subject to exchange or return are in perfect condition, retain their original packaging, and show no obvious signs of use; otherwise, the exchange or return will not be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to provide appropriate packaging to ensure the returned products are in perfect condition.
- Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the customer's responsibility and are handled through the mail.
- If you request a refund, a Store Credit voucher will be generated, which cannot expire and can be redeemed at any time.
- For international exchanges, you must first complete a return, and once you receive the Store Credit, you can place a new order with the desired exchange.
