We make free shipping to the entire Mexican Republic

Shipping will be quoted depending on the CP destination, and the standard shipping time is 2 business days in CDMX and 4 to 6 business days in the interior of the republic.

It is made of linen with an amazing design. Customizable with names, date, logo, initials, or a phrase. Ideal to use as decoration, on your coffee table, bookcase, etc.

When you open your album, it has a screen that plays your video. You can pause it, raise and lower the volume, fast forward, etc!

It has a capacity of 4GB and you can put several videos as long as you do not exceed that capacity.

You can exchange them with a USB cable that is included to connect to the computer or charge the battery.

The length of the video is unlimited, as long as the video does not exceed the 4GB capacity of the album. If your video is larger than this, we can help you compress it without losing quality.

A monogram is a symbol or logo made up of intertwined letters or figures and usually represent the initials of a company, a person, or a couple.

At weddings, couples use the monogram to be the seal on their invitations, menus, slippers and more distinctive elements!

We do not have a design service. We need you to send us your monogram design so we can engrave it!

EYE. It can also be your family crest, company logo, or any symbol you want represented in your album!

No! You can buy it and add your video later. The albums arrive with instructions and tools so you can upload your video. Too easy!

Only for customizable albums, we have the video pre-loading service, where you send us the video in a web transfer or web link and we download it and add it to the album so that you receive it ready! Simply add the link when placing your order.

Simply connect your album to any computer with the provided micro USB cable (included) and upload your video to the device, just as you would with any other USB.

You can easily drag and drop new video files or delete old video files.

We do not have a video editing service.

Buuut... Our albums also play photos in slideshow format. Every 3 seconds the photo changes and you can also add background music

It's a great option if you love the album as a detail and don't have time to make a video!

We recommend using iMovie, it is super easy to use, user friendly and intuitive.

You can add photos, videos, background music and leave an incredible memory!

The ideal video format for your album is horizontal, 16:9

Export it and that's it! You already have all your moments to remember forever.

CAN I ALSO ADD A VIDEO IN VERTICAL FORMAT?

Clear! In that case we recommend making your video in Capcut.

When you have your video ready, you can send it to us through we transfer, drive, dropbox or any web link that works for you.

Whether it's on Vimeo, You Tube, Instagram or any social network, simply share your link with us and we won't take care of the rest!

Your album is made of linen hardcover. If it gets stained with use, avoid washing it with soap and water as you can damage the screen and the technology inside it.

To clean it, use a FACTIS crumb eraser and scratch very carefully.

To clean any lint you can use a sticky roller.

• I get a “NO FILE” legend since I added my video

Your album supports virtually any .mov and .mp4 video file, but there are times when something is formatted incorrectly and does not recognize the video file. Don't worry!

We can help you configure your video file. Contact us at hola@talesandtulips.com sending the link to your video and we will return it to you in a compatible format so that it can be played on your album without any problem!

• I get a legend of “There is not enough space on the disk”

Your album has a capacity of 4GB. If your video is larger than this, what we would have to do is compress the video. Export it again in a resolution with which it maintains the quality but reduces its size and fits in the memory of your album. If you don't know how to do it, we can help you! Contact us at hola@talesandtulips.com sending the link to your video and we will return it to you with a compatible size so that it can be played in your album without problem!
